Workspan offers a partner ecosystem management platform, designed to enhance collaboration and streamline partner relationship management for businesses.
As the initial design leader at Workspan, my two-year tenure saw a complete revamp of the front-end user experience. We accomplished this by embracing Material UI as our foundational design system. With a mobile-first approach in mind, we reimagined the entire platform, using a fluid grid system to ensure seamless functionality across both mobile and web interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Design Leadership
Led the design team and promoted a culture of design thinking company-wide.
Collaborated closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure a continuous and streamlined agile engineering process.
Design System
Pioneered the creation of Workspan's initial design system.
Collaborated with the Engineering team to efficiently maintain the front-end UI codebase.
User Research
Regularly organized company-wide design workshops to nurture a design-thinking culture.
Led and executed user research initiatives in collaboration with our customers.
